This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to emergencydentistinwinterhaven.com only, not to care you receive in our office, which is covered by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient. Questions can go to (863) 555-0170 during office hours, or to the office at 1178 Havendale Blvd NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881.
Same-day appointments · $70 exam + X-ray · Phones answered 24/7 · Se habla español
The $70 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.
What this website collects
This site has no account system and no forms. It does not ask for your name, email address or health information. What it does collect:
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived, and whether you tapped a phone number. Google sets cookies to do this. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4 and we do not see them.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects the site, record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
- Phone calls. The phone number on this site is a call-tracking number. Calls to it may be recorded or logged (caller number, time, duration) so we can see which pages lead to calls and so our answering service can return calls. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call.
How the information is used
To run and improve the site, to answer and return your calls, to measure which pages help patients reach us, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you on other sites.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the services that make the site work: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Google (analytics), the call-tracking and answering service that handles our phone line, and Microsoft 365 for email. Each of them is bound to use the information only to provide its service. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or browse in a private window. The site works the same either way.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you from this website and ask that it be deleted. Because the site itself collects almost nothing that identifies you, most requests will concern call records. Call (863) 555-0170 during office hours or write to us at the address above and we will respond within a reasonable time. Florida residents may also have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights where it applies.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. Children's dental emergencies are handled by phone with a parent or guardian.
